Welcome Mark to the Evolve team

Mark joined the Evolve Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine in March 2023. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from St. Ambrose University in 2015. He has been board-certified in orthopedics (OCS) through the ABPTS since 2019; completed a year-long post-graduate Certified Manual Therapist (CMT) program in 2018; and has been a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA since 2015.

Outside of work, Mark loves spending time with his wife and kids. He is also a fan of Notre Dame, as well as the Chicago Bears, Cubs, Bulls, and Blackhawks. He likes to stay active through running, working out, playing volleyball, and golfing.
